Thus, the rooms of Kızılbük guests are cleaned every 3 days; their towels and bouclé sets are replaced. Our timeshare owners can get these services more frequently for a fee.

All of our customers who make a purchase from Sinpaş Kızılbük Wellness Resort shall be responsible for the VAT and the title deed fees of their shares at their real estate delivery moment as in all other Sinpaş projects, and they shall also pay the required maintenance fees and energy costs for the operation of the premises in the proportion they use.

There are 4 different bays in our project with different concepts and characteristics.

Kızılbük Bay; Kizilbuk Bay, which consists of red sands named after, is of a concept suitable for family use. Completely consists of sand, Kızılbük Bay is one of the most magnificent bays of the Aegean Sea.
Beyaz Kum Bay; Beyaz Kum Bay, which consists of fine white sands, is of a concept suitable for family use.

You can lease out your timeshare, as well as - upon informing the business about this matter, the business can lease out your timeshare on your behalf.

As your timeshare use depends on a date range, you shall not exercise the rights you have that year. This does not affect your use in the following years.

Yes, it can be used. You should inform in advance by sharing with the business management the information of the people who shall stay.

Yes. The possibility of change shall be provided according to the premises' reservation status and your timeshare date. There may be some extra change fees depending on the date and type to be changed.

Shall it be subject to? Although Sinpaş Kızılbük Wellness Resort is not subject to an exchange program, early negotiations were held as to the project for Registry Collection, RCI and the luxury segment exchange program. In order for a premise to be subject to any exchange program, it must be in operation. It is foreseen to be included in the related programs after the premises came into operation.

The Thermal Spa investment to be made within the scope of Kızılbük Wellness Resort shall contribute significantly to the extension of the tourism season of the region, to increase the thermal investments and to become a preferred destination for the region in 4 seasons. Besides that, the Marmaris region has not been preferred by global hotel chains up until today, and with this investment, Hilton, a global hotel chain, shall take part in this project for the first time with its 5-star format in its brand. In addition, the first extensive Congress Center of the region will be brought into being under this project. Congress tourism is also another factor that shall provide a significant flow of qualified visitors to the region during the periods outside the summer season.

Our sales system is established within the framework defined by the law, and each independent section is divided into 24 main periods and 48 shares. Therefore, a timeshare shall be allocated to 2 partners. In this way, our customers shall be able to prefer a 1-Week Period. The timeshare period shall be entered in both the sales contract and the management plan to be annotated on the title deed.

A timeshare/unit can be reserved for a minimum of TRY 1,000, and this reservation is allowed for 3 days, and the contract in respect thereof must be signed within 3 days; otherwise, the reservation is unilaterally terminated.
